REFUND POLICY
Free audit:
- The 30‑minute Profile & Intent Audit is complimentary and non‑refundable.
Paid packages:
- Full refund before work begins: If you request cancellation within 7 days of purchase and no deliverables or work have commenced, you are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.
- After work begins: Once deliverables have been started or access has been granted to third‑party systems, refunds are considered on a case‑by‑case basis and may be prorated based on completed deliverables and hours spent.
- No refunds for delivered digital templates or custom copy after they have been provided for implementation.
- Ad spend: Any advertising media spend is non‑refundable and billed separately.
How to request a refund:
- Submit a refund request to [email protected] with your booking reference, reason for request, and supporting details. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
Exceptions:
- Special arrangements (extended trials, bespoke agreements) may have alternate refund terms stated in the project agreement.
