Acceptance:
- By accessing BranqioLabs services or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein.
Services:
- BranqioLabs provides profile audits, positioning, templates, landing pages, funnel blueprints, and limited ad/setup services as described in package materials. All service scope is defined at booking.
Eligibility:
- Services are intended for professionals and businesses. You represent that you have authority to engage BranqioLabs on behalf of your business.
User responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information, grant necessary access to profiles and accounts, and respond to requests in a timely manner. You are responsible for your communications and client engagements.
Payments and fees:
- Payment terms are agreed at booking. Fees for packages are due as specified in the confirmation. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to ad platforms or passed through as agreed.
Intellectual property
- BranqioLabs retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, and content. On full payment, client‑specific deliverables (copy, landing page assets) are licensed to the client for use in their business. BranqioLabs may use anonymized case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability:
- Services are provided "as is" and BranqioLabs makes no guarantees about income, results, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BranqioLabs' liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. BranqioLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the agreement. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already performed.
Governing law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts in India.
Changes:
- BranqioLabs may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified and posted on the website.
